Give each AI agent one job: tax guy, health guy, social media guy

Shaan sets up a separate GrokBot agent for each area of his life. Each bot gets one goal and one set of instructions: the tax bot stays on top of tax correspondence and files, and the health bot tracks his weight goal and his Murph training.

“So Grokbot is very much like Slack. You create different bots for different things. So I got a social media bot, and I got a health bot, and I got, you know, so I just named them all. So I'm like, health guy, assistant guy, media, social media guy, tax guy. And I have all these different bots. They each have a job.”

Steal thisSpin up one AI agent per domain (taxes, health, social), each with a single goal and standing instructions, instead of one do-everything chat.

Instinct's founder claims 10% compounding growth per day

Instinct's founder says the app is growing 10% a day, compounding, and Shaan notes it has slowed down under the load. Later in the episode Meta's Muse dismisses the claim, pointing out that 10% daily for a year would be about $1.3 quadrillion, so it only works off a tiny base.

$10
Instinct daily compounding growth rate (founder claim) · %/day
“Instinct pretty quickly took over my GrokBot usage. GrokBot feels slow and heavy compared to this. And not even slow, it's just that it's this whole separate thing to manage, whereas Instinct is literally just like texting somebody. Instinct was great, but Instinct has been getting so popular. The guy, the founder said they're growing 10% compounding daily. Daily.”

Story

Hark lost a senior AI hire to Meta's guaranteed $36M package

Adcock offered a senior AI-infrastructure engineer from xAI $15–20M in Hark Series A stock, pitching that a couple of 10x's could make it worth hundreds of millions or billions. Meta countered with $36M in RSUs over four years, and the candidate took the guaranteed money.

“And he got an offer to go to Meta for $36 million, 4 years of our shoes. And he was just like, it's kind of guaranteed cash. I go there and I have to weigh this, maybe $200 million at Hark or $20 million or maybe $36 for sure at Meta. And he left and went to Meta and they've been doing that. Every candidate we speak to is making some absurd absurd thing.”
