Manscaped: reposition a commodity to triple the price

Sam's repositioning insight: Manscaped is just a body-hair clipper and a dog-nail Dremel is just a Dremel, but slapping on a new identity (men's grooming, a dog paw logo) lets you triple the price and find product-market fit faster.

I bought a dog trimmer the other day for my dog's nails and it was a normal Dremel, but they put a dog's paw on the logo and they tripled the price. And so what I'm fascinated by, I want to find more examples of this, is people who take the same thing but switch the positioning and are able to find product-market fit easier and make more revenue along the way.

Steal thisTake a commodity product, reposition it for a specific audience or use case, and charge a premium.
