Truck-spoiler maker ATDynamics sold for $200M

Sam noticed wing-like aerodynamic 'tails' on the back of semi-trucks, looked them up, and found a Redwood City company that promised ~0.5% fuel efficiency for about $500 per unit. The company (he recalls as ATDynamics) sold for $200 million.

“And the company sold for $200 million, like not that long. ATD Dynamics, I believe, is what it was called.”
